Has it ever seemed so bad you thought it would never end? Has it seemed to dark even a flashlight couldn’t light it up? Well my friend. I have been there. It’s not a fun place to be. But it does come to an end, I assure you, it does end.
There’s a song written by Bill and Gloria Gaither called, “Joy Comes In The Morning”:
“Hold on my child.
Joy Comes in the Morning by Bill and Gloria Gaither
Joy comes in the morning.
Weeping only last for the night.
Hold on my child.
Joy comes in the morning.
The darkest hour means dawn is just in sight.”
Have you ever heard the expression “its darkest just before the dawn?” I can tell you from experience that statement is true.
It can be pitch black but right before dawn, it gets darker. I can’t explain it but it does. But just like the darkness that then brings the light of dawn, Jesus brings the light of salvation. Jesus brings the light everywhere He goes. In Him is no darkness. He is light.
So no matter what you are going through today, and I am pretty sure we are all going through issues. Just hang on. Your breakthrough is just around the corner. Your dawn is coming soon. So hang on and keep believing for your breakthrough.
