I don’t know about you, but there are times when I just feel like I can’t go anymore. I feel like I am fighting a losing battle. There are times when it feels like the world is crumbling in on me and I don’t have the energy to fight back. I’m sure I’m not the only who has felt like this from time to time. If you are totally honest with yourself, you can count probably more than once or twice.
But we have a solution at our fingertips. It’s in the Bible. For everything we may be going through, have gone through or will go through, the solution is in the Bible.
It’s easier now days to find scriptures because of the internet. Type in scriptures for (insert problem here). And it comes up verses for any problem. But the only solution you need is Jesus. He is the answer to all our problems.
I love my alone time in the car. I’m jamming along to Joy FM and talking to Jesus. Or I’m listening to him. Yes, I hear from Jesus. Before anyone calls me a nut case, we all hear from him. He talks to us all, we just need to know how to listen. It may not be audible, but what about the day you were running late for whatever.
You were mad because you were late, then found out there was a bad wreck on the route you take. And you were spared because you were late. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
Or how about the time you felt like you should take another route? Maybe that was Jesus telling you to go another way to protect you from something.
Jesus is that way. He works in ways we don’t understand. He will talk in a small still voice to us. Remember, a whisper can speak volumes.
