“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.”
(Isaiah 43:2 ESV)
“Through him, then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.”
(Hebrews 13:15 ESV)
“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world, you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
(John 16:33 ESV)
I just started reading Job. He went through a lot. Lately, I feel like Job. I have been going through a lot lately, but like Job, I keep praising God. I refuse to blame God for the things going on. I know this is from the devil because God has something good coming, and I am doing what God has for me to do.
Have you ever noticed that the devil attacks hard when you are doing the things God wants you to be doing? During all the years I wasn’t walking closely to God, the devil pretty much left me alone. But once I went back to church, the devil started noticing me. But that’s alright. I have armor and the powerful blood of Jesus to fight with.
The more you dig into the Bible, the stronger your weapons. So dig deep into the Bible and send the devil packing.
Have a blessed day, everyone.
