“He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed.”
(Psalm 107:29 ESV)
“And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, ‘Peace! Be still!’ And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.”
(Mark 4:39 ESV)
Everyone is going through a storm right now. The price of everything has gone up and income hasn’t. People are worried about how they will be able to afford to survive. Let me tell you, God has a way out for his children. He will provide for us. Just like the song, “Eye of The Storm” says:
“In the eye of the storm
Eye of the Storm by Ryan Stevenson
You remain in control.
And in the middle of the war
You guard my soul.
You alone are the anchor
When my sails are torn.
Your love surrounds me
In the eye of the storm.”
If you relax and let God work it out, you can say to the storm, “peace be still” And it will.
I can’t begin to count the number of times God brought me through storms. He rescued me just in time. Sometimes it felt like I was going down for the last time. But God reached down, planted my feet on the Solid Rock where I was safe. I’m not saying things are perfect, but they are better.
God is still working and things will work out for all of us. We just need to trust God will work all things out for us. So I encourage everyone to put their faith in God and let Him work all things out for us. Drop your anchor in God and it will hold fast no matter what the storm may bring.
Have a blessed day everyone.
