Lord, You are my Valentine;
The one that I adore.
You gave your life up, just for mine;
You thought I was worth dying for.
There’s no greater love on earth
Than the love You’ve shown for me;
And I could search this whole world over,
From sea to shining sea.
Your compassion and forgiveness
Surpasses everything I’ve known.
No man, on earth, could ever match
The love seeds You have sown.
Your grace and tender mercies
Just never seem to end.
You’re more than just my Savior,
You’re my confidant and friend.
So, on this very special day,
There are some things I want to say,
“Lord, I think You’re awesome! Really fine.
You’re my truly Special Valentine.”
