But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.
(2 Peter 3:10 ESV)
But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.
(Matthew 24:36 ESV)
Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
(Matthew 24:44 ESV)
I have been seeing things on Facebook and other places about the end times. I have been hearing we are living in the end times since as far back as I can remember. I believe that we are getting close to the end of time. I believe that the return of Jesus is just around the corner. If Jesus came back today, are you ready? Are you ready to go? Are you right with God? Are you saved?
If not, here’s a prayer for you that will help you. Read it, repent of your sins, and invite Jesus into your heart:
“Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins and rose again. I want to turn from my sins and ask You to come into my heart and life. I now choose to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ name, Amen”.
Key Elements of a Sinner’s Prayer:
1. Acknowledge Sin: Confess to God that you are a sinner and have fallen short of His glory.
2. Confess Belief in Jesus: State your belief that Jesus is the Son of God who died on the cross for your sins and rose again.
3. Ask for Forgiveness: Plead with God to forgive you for your sins and to cleanse you from them.
4. Invite Jesus In: Invite Jesus into your heart to become your Lord and Savior, to guide your life.
5. Express Gratitude: Thank Jesus for the gift of forgiveness and eternal life.
I hope you prayed the prayer and asked Jesus into your heart.
Have a blessed day, everyone.
