For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
(Romans 8:18 ESV)
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
(Jeremiah 29:11 ESV)
I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 3:14 ESV)
There comes a time when you have taken as much as you can and are about to blow. What do you do? Do you go ahead and let loose on whoever or do you walk away? It takes a lot of courage to just walk away.
There have been times when I tried to hold my tongue. I really tried. I have a tendency to bottle things up. I will push things down for so long that it becomes a big issue when I do let go on whoever. Most of the time, I kept things bottled up until I developed health issues.
Stress is a funny thing. It can cause all kinds of issues. Stress can cause physical and mental issues. But you want to know how I beat stress now? I pray. I turn things over to God. He is better equipped to handle things than I am.
Do you give your problems to God? Do you really? I don’t mean to say God take care of my bills and then snatch it out of His hands and go looking for help? I don’t care what problem we have, God has a plan. He had a way out for us before we knew we had an issue. So I encourage you to turn things over to God and leave them there. Let God work out your problems.
Have a great day.
