They say that the best things in life are free. I tend to agree. Some things that are free are smiles, hugs, friends, family, and the love of Jesus.
Jesus loves us regardless of what we did or will do. It’s that kind of love that gets me through each day. The love Jesus shows us really isn’t free. We do have to pay a price to follow Jesus. We have to be born again. That means giving up things that aren’t pleasing to God. I gladly paid the price. Do I slip up? Of course. I am only human. But I repent and move on. There are do overs in our walk with Jesus. We slip up, He forgives us, and we start again. That is the kind of love that Jesus shows us every day. Do you love others like that? Can you forgive and keep loving someone when they make a mistake?
Just remember that love is free to give. Give some of yours away today to someone who needs it.
