The Strongest Bond

by | Jun 5, 2020 | Friendship, Poems

The bliss of youth at our prime of life
Is the feeling that made our faintest bond
Full of life and filled with love so kind
And tender that is so unique to find.

The big ambitions and dreams we shared,
Brings us to where our closed heart is revealed.
And the love and honor unconcealed,
Brings us to where our core man is unveiled.

Our soft laugh and old familiar smile
Is the light that overshadowed the dark
At time when our life is full of plight
And our pain is deeper than a  glarin’ scar.

Thousand miles cannot keep us apart,
Nor can the span of the sea wane our love,
For our words and dreams are close at heart,
Closer than the clouds that smile from above.
