Look up towards the eternal firmament,
For we shall walk on earth ‘till that rare moment,
When one shall be taken to meet Jesus;
And the others left to wail and weep.
Watch O’ watch in mind and spirit,
For the powers of heaven are shaking.
Keep your lamp and spirit blazing,
Lest you burst into endless mist.
The lion of Judah, high and holy;
The lamp of God, meek and lowly;
Scream high! The lord is coming,
Look high! The sky is rumbling.
Run fast, for the time is near;
Aye! Repent! The end is here.
