1. Hears you: “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.” (1 John 5:14 ESV)
2. Sees you: “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3 ESV)
3. Understands you: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9 ESV)
4. Protects you: “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10 ESV)
5. Holds you: “So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.” (James 4:17 ESV)
6. Comforts you: “Who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” (2 Corinthians 1:4 ESV)
7. Gives you peace: “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7 ESV)
8. Is with you: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9 ESV)
9. Will take care of you: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8 ESV)
God has never changed and never will. He is always there for you. Just ask.
