Problem Solving

by | Sep 5, 2022 | Provision, Trials

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

(Matthew 7:7 ESV)

“And Jesus answered them, ‘Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be taken up and thrown into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.’”

(Mark 11:22-25 ESV)

Has God ever read your mail? He does mine a lot. Sometimes He can gently correct me but sometimes He has to yank me back in line. Just yesterday I had a problem. Go figure, I had a problem. But then, we all do occasionally. I was trying to figure it out. How was I going to fix this? I know, I’m always saying give your problems to God and let Him figure it out. Well yesterday, I decided to give it a try on my own. I can just see God sitting on His throne, drumming His fingers on the arm of it, wondering when I would wise up.

I was worrying about this problem, when I heard God say,  “Let Me figure it out. Give it to Me and walk away from it.” So I did. I gave it God and He is working it out for me. I feel so much better having walked away from it and left it with God.

That, my friend, is what we need to do. Leave your problem with God and let Him work it out for you. So if you have a problem today, give it to God and let Him work it out for you.

Have a blessed day everyone.
