I love to read. Right now I am reading a murder mystery series. I can sit for hours reading these books. But why is it so hard to sit for hours to read the Bible?
I read my Bible through every year. Yes, I even read Chronicles, both books. I still don’t see why it’s important to know who begat who. But I read them anyway. My favorite book is Genesis. I love the stories in that book. My least favorite books are Chronicles, but like I said I do read them.
Everything in the Bible is important. God put it there so it has to be important for us to know. If you like horror, read Revelation. It will give you a glimpse of what the world is coming to very quickly now. I do not want to be around for that period of time.
I just want to encourage everyone to read the Bible. If you don’t have one, Walmart has them for around $20. Go get one. There’s a lot of information between the covers of that book.
