“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your justice as the noonday.”
(Psalm 37:4-6 ESV)
“And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
(Romans 8:28 ESV)
According to Oxford Languages, trust is: “firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.”
Do you trust God for everything? Or do you just trust Him for the small things?
I am learning, and slowly, I might add, to trust God for everything. If I am patient, God will supply all my needs in His timing. God’s timing is different than mine. I want it now, but God has other plans. God’s plans are always better than mine.
What are you believing for? I am believing for several things. Has God brought them yet? No, but I know He will when the time is right. How big are your wishes? Nothing is too big for God. I was once told to dream big. I have been. But I was told a few months ago that I’m not dreaming big enough. You can ask God for anything. He isn’t broke. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills. So when you dream, dream big. God wants us to dream big. He wants us to trust Him for everything.
Have a great day, everyone.
