I made a mistake. Actually, I have made a lot of mistakes in my life. It doesn’t matter what they were. We all make mistakes, but the good thing is that we can ask God for forgiveness. And He will forgive us. And the best part, He also forgets them.
That’s our problem, we don’t forget them. The devil keeps bringing them back up. Usually, when the devil is bringing up my past, God has something on the way and the devil wants to block it. He doesn’t want us living in God’s will or doing work for God. If we just stand our ground and tell him to go, he will, for a while. But he always come back to torment more.
He has been bringing up stuff from my past that I had almost forgot. It was decades ago. He will bring up things I did in childhood. He loves to bring up my past. But one thing I have learned, for every bad memory the devil sends, God sends a pleasant one. One where I did something good.
What a wonderful God we serve. He loves us so much. He takes such good care of us. I hope you know God like I know Him. He takes such good care of me. He will you too if you let Him.
