“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (Romans 12:2 ESV)
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28 ESV)
According to google, “rock bottom is the lowest possible point.” I have been there. The trip wasn’t any fun and rock bottom isn’t a nice place to be. But the best thing about rock bottom is, there’s only one way to go, up! After crashing on rock bottom, you can only go up.
I spent a lot of time at rock bottom until I finally realized the there is a way out. Turn to Jesus. Jesus is the way out. I learned that many years ago. Jesus took me in and took care of me. Jesus pulled me out of rock bottom and gave me a purpose. He gave me a job to do for the kingdom.
Are you at rock bottom? Do you feel like Jesus has walked away from you? Is it hard to pray? Turn to Jesus. Cast everything onto Him and let Him take care of you.
It’s time to pull yourself out of rock bottom. It’s time to come out of our funks and turn to Jesus. So if you are at rock bottom, turn to Jesus. Have a long talk with Him and tell Him what you need. He’s listening.
Have a great day.
