“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
(Philippians 4:19 ESV)
“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’”
((Hebrews 13:5 ESV)
Things of the world got you down? Are you, like a lot of others, experiencing too much month at the end of your money? You may say, “Oh, that’s just how the world is right now!” Well I say you’re right. But it doesn’t have to be.
I live on social security, have for a long time. I’ve learned how to survive not enough money. God! God provides for my needs. Oh, there are times I am sure God is thinking “not again. Why does she do these things?” I have learned that I, and you, have ministering angels to help us. They are waiting for us to put them to work. Mine are probably thinking oh no. Not again. I send my angels out and I give them a specific amount to bring in. And it does come in. Maybe not all at once but it comes. God has never let me down. Even though it may seem like it, he comes through every time. And guess what. If He does it for me, He will do it for you. But we have to be careful. We can’t let money rule our lives. We can’t let it take God’s place.
The above verses pretty much says it all. God will supply all my needs but keep my life free from the love of money. So where are you today? Do you put God first or money first? If money, maybe you better change your priorities.
Have a great day everyone.
