“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9 ESV)
“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16 ESV)
God stays. No matter what we may have done. He stays.
There’s a song by Matthew West called, “The God Who Stays”:
“You’re the God who stays
The God Who Stays by Matthew West
You’re the one who runs in my direction
When the whole world walks away
You’re the God who stands
With wide open arms
And You tell me nothing
I have ever done can separate my heart
From the God who stays.”
I love this. He runs to us with open arms. Nothing can separate you from Him. No matter what you have done, God can forgive you. God WILL forgive you. He loves us that much.
Are you saved? Can you say yes, I am saved, and not have any doubt? Can you say without a doubt you know you are going to heaven when you die? I can! I am saved and I am going to heaven when my time here is over. Below you will find the sinners prayer. Say it and mean it. Send it to someone who needs it. Don’t keep it to yourself. Get as many as you can saved.
“Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness.
Sinner’s Prayer
I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that You raised Him to life.
I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward.
Guide my life and help me to do Your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.”
