“Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, When the Lord commandeth it not?” (Lamentations 3:37 KJV)
Dearly beloved and friends, every child of God has been given the power of attorney to exercise heaven’s mandate on the affairs of men. There is power in our mouth and we must make prophetic utterances to silence the devil.
Jesus gave us some awesome truths in Mark 11:23-25. Let us do little spiritual analysis:
- Jesus commanded that we should have faith in God (See Hebrews 11:1,6).
- Whosoever: God is no respecter of person, anyone with a right standing with God can speak to mountains of life (See Acts 10:34).
- Say unto the mountain: No matter the difficulties and challenges, a Word of God in season will ensure performance of God’s Word (See John 14:14).
- Doubt must never be tolerated (See James 1:8).
- Answers are guaranteed: God delights in giving answers to prayers of His children (See Jeremiah 33:3; Psalm 91:15).
Examples:of those who boasted in the Lord and got answers accordingly:
- Elijah: He commanded fire down from heaven and it was so (See 2 Kings 1:12).
- David: He made a great prophetic utterance against Goliath, and it was exactly as he said (See 1 Samuel 17:45-51).
- Peter: Commanded the lame man at the beautiful gate to rise and walk (See Acts 3:6-8).
- Apostle Paul: Commanded blindness on Elymas the sorcerer (See Acts 13:9-11).
- YOU: Open your mouth and prophetic utterances concerning that naughty situation (See Job 22:28).
What to do:
- Be on the same faith page with God.
- Be bold to confront any opposition.
- Let God be your Commander in the warfare.
- Praise and worship God as He fights for you.
- Let others know about His power and might.
Prayer Points: In Jesus name:
- Father, thank You for making me a battle axe.
- Father, let my faith in You be as solid as the Rock.
- Father, please honour every word I speak out of my mouth.
SPEAK THE WORD AND IT IS DONE!.
