“For nothing will be impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37 NKJV)
“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13 NKJV)
On my way to church yesterday morning, while dodging a monsoon and flooding, I heard this song for the first time. It’s called, “There’s Nothing Our God Can’t Do” by Passions Conferences:
“Yeah, faithful are you, there’s nothing that our God can’t do
In just one word, You calm the storm that surrounds me
Yeah, just one word, the darkness has to retreat
And just one touch, I feel the presence of heaven
Yeah, just one touch, my eyes were opened to see
My heart can’t help but believe.”
The part that got me was “just one touch.” I got to pondering that. How my life could be changed with just one touch from heaven. But how would it change? What would be different? Then I knew. Just one touch from heaven.
God gave me a touch today. My pastors prayed for people today for healing. I have been having an issue with my left arm and hand. I love to crochet. My left arm and thumb has started hurting when I do. It feels like my right arm did when I had carpal tunnel syndrome. I did not go up for prayer because somehow I knew I didn’t have to. I could have a touch from heaven in my little corner of the church. I didn’t realize it right away but later in the afternoon I picked my yarn and hook and started to crochet. It was about 30 minutes later I realized I had no pain!
God will meet you where you are. He will g))ive you a touch from heaven in your own little corner of the world. Nothing is impossible where God is concerned. He will move mountains for you because He loves you that much. So if you need a touch from heaven, reach out. Jesus is passing by you. Reach out and receive what you need. He is waiting. Just exercise your faith and receive your touch from heaven. Just one touch can change your life. It did mine.
Have a blessed day.
