No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide a way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
(Romans 5:3-5 ESV)
Have you ever tried to pray but feel like you keep hitting a wall or wading through mud?
I have. In fact, that is how I feel right now. I am fighting a battle and the devil is trying hard to win it. But I am fighting just as hard. I won’t go into details. But I know Jesus is right beside me fighting too. I just know I must be doing something right to be attacked this hard. But some good things are coming from this fight.
But this is just a bump in the road and I will get past it. Just like everyone who is fighting battles. We will all come out victorious. Jesus is right beside us fighting for us. He will never leave us alone. He will never let us fight alone. Tell Him your problems. Let Him figure it out for you. He will, you know. We just have to let go of our pride and let Him fight for us.
So if you are going through a rough patch right now, talk it over with Jesus. Let Him figure it out for you. So rest in the loving arms of Jesus while He fights your battle. That’s what I am doing.
