What do you hope happens this year? Do you have any expectations about the new year? Do you make resolutions? Maybe lose weight? Quit drinking or smoking? Be a better person?
I used to make resolutions, but I never kept them very long. Just not enough willpower, I guess. One resolution I can now keep is my walk with God. That is a very easy one to keep.
God has a plan for this new year. Only He knows what will take place. Do we need to worry about what will take place? Of course not. If you are walking with Jesus, you have no worries about this new year. Just relax in the loving arms of your Savior. He will take care of you and your problems.
So, if you think that things are going sideways, run to the Saviors’ loving arms. He is waiting with open arms for you.
