“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.” (Isaiah 43:2 ESV)
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10 ESV)
I woke up yesterday morning to a bright light. I thought someone had pulled into the parking lot. But then I heard the rumble of thunder. It was storming. We all know there will be storms. But did you know we go through personal storms too? I am going through a storm right now. But God has a way out and I am on my way out of it. It’s just going to take some time.
I don’t know about you but every time I go through a personal storm, I learn something. I learn that I am stronger than I first thought. But I also learn that God is always right there with me, guiding and helping me through the storm. God is with us no matter what we are going through. He will see us through all the storms we go through. So if you are going through a storm, fall into God’s arms and let Him carry you through it. He is waiting for you to tell Him you need help.
Call on Him today. Tell Him your needs. He wants to help you. Will you let Him?
