“Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”
(Isaiah 43:7 ESV)
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
(Ephesians 2:10 ESV)
Have you ever wondered why you were created? Yes, I have. On bad days that thought has crossed my mind.
God created us for a purpose. Have you figured out what your purpose is yet? God wanted us because He loves us. But why? He has legions of angels, so why does He need us?
I am still asking myself that. But I was created, so I need to figure out why. God has a job for me and you. My job used to be kids. Mostly kids who needed love and understanding. Now, it’s encouraging others, praying for people, and helping where I can. God can use anyone willing to serve, even old ladies like me.
Nowadays, we are all called to lead the lost in. Time is getting short, and there are a lot of lost and searching people out there. We need to be the beacon in the dark for them. We need to let our lights shine for others. We were created for such a time like this. This world has gotten dark, and we need to let our lights shine in that darkness. I want to encourage you today. Let your light shine for all to see. Show the way for the lost before it’s too late.
Have a great day, everyone.
