“For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.” (2 Chronicles 16:9a KJVJ).
Dearly beloved and friends, your feet will cover and take your body to thousands of kilometers as your journey through life this year. As you do so God has promised to guide you with His pitiful and watchful eyes. May you not venture into anything God will abhor this year. Amen.
- “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” (Psalm 32:8 KJV).
- “For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, And his ears are open unto their prayers: But the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.” (1 Peter 3:12 KJV).
- “Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity:” (Habakk.1:13a KJV).
What happens when God watches over you?
- You can sleep in peace: “He that keeps you neither sleeps nor slumbers” (Psalm 121:4 KJV).
- He sets ambushments against your enemies and detractors (See 2 Chronicles 20:22).
- He plans strategy ahead of your battles to give you victory and shame the enemies of your destiny (See Exodus 14:24)
- He looks and scatters, those planning to mock your God,like those building the Tower of Babel (See Genesis .11:7-9).
What to do:
- Never go to where God will not accompany you.
- God watches over you, so also watch and pray, the days are evil.
- Set a watch over your eyes,and behold not evil and spiritual contaminants.
Prayer Points: In Jesus name.
- Father thank You Lord God for Your mercy.
- Father, Thou art my hiding place,please let the eyes of the evil ones not see me.
- Father, let my gaze always be focused on You, oh God of my righteousness.
