Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 2:5 ESV)
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
(Philippians 4:8 ESV)
A dear friend sent me this:
An old man said, ‘Erasers are made for those who make mistakes.’
A youth said, ‘Erasers are made for those who are willing to correct their mistakes.’
Attitude matters.(Author Unknown)
Do you have an attitude? What about if you are accused in being wrong about something but you know you are right? Do you have an attitude about it? I would. But if I get mad and argue that is the wrong attitude to have. You need to calmly discuss the issue and settle it calmly.
But what about being negative? That’s an attitude. Being positive is an attitude and one I strive to have at all times. I don’t always succeed but I try. Do you like being around negative people? Not so much fun. They don’t tend to see the good in much of anything.
Attitude does matter. Your attitude can calm people down or stir them up. So the next time you want to punch some, remember that your attitude matters. A calm attitude will work out better than being mad. Think about it.
Have a fantastic day, everyone.
