Dear Father God,
I come before You with every part of me —
my mind, my emotions, my struggles, my fears, my exhaustion,
and the situations in my life that feel too heavy for me to carry.
You see everything I’m facing,
everything I’m fighting,
everything I’m trying to survive.
Lord, I am tired.
I am overwhelmed.
I feel the weight of life pressing down on me,
and sometimes it feels like too much.
But even in this heaviness,
I turn to You —
because I know You are the only One
who can lift me out of what I cannot escape on my own.
God, I ask You now:
take over my whole life.
Take over my mind.
Take over my emotions.
Take over my decisions.
Take over my future.
Take over every battle I’m fighting inside myself.
Where my thoughts are chaotic,
bring Your peace.
Where my emotions are unstable,
bring Your calm.
Where my heart feels weak,
bring Your strength.
Where my spirit feels crushed,
breathe life into me again.
Holy Spirit, break this spiritual heaviness.
Lift every weight sitting on my chest.
Shatter every chain that tries to hold me down.
Silence every dark voice that whispers defeat.
Push back every force that is not from You.
Fill me with Your presence until nothing else can stay.
Fill me with Your light until every shadow disappears.
Fill me with Your peace until my mind becomes still again.
Lord, I need miracles —
real miracles,
impossible miracles,
breakthroughs that only You can bring.
Where doors are closed, open them.
Where paths are blocked, clear them.
Where I feel trapped, make a way out.
Where I feel hopeless, restore my hope.
Where I feel weak, strengthen me from the inside out.
God, fight the battles I cannot fight.
Fix what I cannot fix.
Heal what I cannot heal.
Change what I cannot change.
I surrender my fear to You.
I surrender my frustration to You.
I surrender my confusion to You.
I surrender my exhaustion to You.
I surrender my whole life into Your hands.
Take control, Lord.
Lead me.
Guide me.
Protect me.
Lift me.
Restore me.
Transform me.
Let Your peace guard my mind.
Let Your joy return to my heart.
Let Your strength rise in my spirit.
Let Your presence carry me through every moment.
God, I trust You —
even when I don’t understand,
even when I feel overwhelmed,
even when I feel like giving up.
You are my refuge.
You are my strength.
You are my healer.
You are my deliverer.
You are my God.
Take over my whole life, Lord.
I belong to You.
I need You.
I surrender everything to You.
