I told someone the other day, “I’ve learned to live with it.” God let it go. Until yesterday morning. He started talking to me about it. He said to stop settling.
God wants us to live the plan He has for us. He doesn’t want us to settle for anything less than the best He has for us. I have “settled” most of my life for what I could afford, what fit me or whatever. I settled. But not anymore. God has things for me. Things to make my life better. I just need to stop settling.
I looked up the word settling. I could not find a good definition, so here is mine. “To settle for second best. Not waiting for what God has for you.” Don’t settle anymore. Wait for what God has planned for you. He has way better things for you. So what’s a little time worth to you? I am waiting semi patiently for something, and I will not settle for anything less than what God has for me. And you shouldn’t either.
