Jesus left Heaven to … share our lives! He did it for love, sharing His own everlasting life with us. That’s what Christmas is all about!
Jesus: Our caregiver! Perhaps He learned this from Joseph! Either way, He came, He had mercy on us, and He put His own body between us and danger.
What’s in a name, and why does Jesus need two of them? Could it be that He is far too wonderful to be described by only 1 name?
Who are we, that our Creator should come into our flesh to be a human being and save us? Who are we, to become His relatives—to be the objects of His love—to be saved by His life and His death and His resurrection?
Jesus understands pain. He understands shame. He willingly took it all on His shoulders!
Not only did Jesus come, but He’s coming again! When everything seems dark, we need to look around and see Jesus’ light!
God loves you. If you doubt this, look no further than the birth of Jesus!
Come what may, you cannot argue that we are not blessed. Jesus kept His promise to redeem us; and the Holy Spirit has been given in faith.
