I heard a song on the way to church yesterday. It was, “The Only Name” by Big Daddy Weave:
“When I wake up in the Land of Glory,
The Only Name by Big Daddy Weave
And with the saints, I will tell my story.
There will be one Name that I proclaim.
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, just that Name.”
It seemed like every song was about the power of Jesus. It was a good ride to church. And something I needed to be reminded of. Jesus is a good name to proclaim. No matter what is going on, call on Jesus. Pray, worship, call on Jesus. Fear, anxiety, depression all have to flee in Jesus’ name.
That Name is powerful. It can move mountains. Do you have a mountain or mountains in your path? Call on the Rock of Ages. Call on Jesus. Tell Him your problems. Then, watch what happens with a just small amount of faith. Jesus can work with just a little faith. So, put your faith to work today. Tell Jesus what you need.
