“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works my soul knows it very well.”
(Psalm 139:13-16 ESV)
“You shall not murder.”
(Exodus 20:13 ESV)
I was watching the news one day and an article came on about a woman who had a full term abortion. The baby was born and they let it slowly starve to death and called it abortion. I have been thinking about abortion since full term abortion was made legal. Abortion is murder, plain and simple and wrong in God’s eye. God has a plan for everybody on this earth and every baby bring born. He planned us all from the beginning of time. Every baby born has a call on it’s life. God has great plans for that child and as parents you are to nurture and raise that child to the best of your ability.
There are women out there today who are planning an abortion. Think long and hard momma. Do you want to stop the plan God has for your child? Don’t let the devil take this child. He doesn’t want it to be born because he knows the call on its life.
I have heard all the excuses. “The timing isn’t right.” It never will be. “We can’t afford a baby right now.” If you wait until you can afford it, you will never have a baby. “What if something is wrong with it?” So what? God gave you that baby to love because He knows how strong you are and you can handle it. “We don’t have a support system to help us.” Look around you. You have family and friends all around just itching to help you. Me, for example. I don’t have kids but have helped raise a multitude of friends and others kids. I have been babysitting since I was 10. People will help you. Just think about it. If you truly don’t want this baby, think adoption instead of abortion.
What if you have this abortion and something goes wrong? What if you can never have another baby? Think about it. Have a great day.
