You Are Not Alone

by | Apr 23, 2023 | Deception, Presence, Truth

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will gidve you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

(Matthew 11:28-30 ESV)

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

(Joshua 1:9 ESV)

This is not what I wanted to talk about today. God had other plans. His plans are always better than mine anyway. God has been talking to me about being alone. I live alone. I am quite happy with it too. The only person I have to answer to is God.

God said there are a lot of people out there who, even though they have people all around them, feel alone. They think no one cares about them or would care if something happened to them. That is a lie from the devil. You are loved and people care about you. There are people who would move heaven and earth for you if you let them. I am one of those people. I will do whatever I can to help someone. I have missed opportunities because I listened to the lies. Because the devil said I wasn’t good enough. Well, no more. I refuse to listen to the lies. I break agreement with the lies.

And so can you. Break agreement with the lies the devil is whispering in your ear right now. He likes to try to destroy families. He tells parents they aren’t good enough. He tells children to commit crimes. He tells expectant mothers to abort the baby for whatever reason. Don’t do it. Give your child a chance to live and be a blessing to you and daddy. He uses finances. Ask me, I will tell you. He has taken so much from me but no more. I refuse to worry about if the bills get paid or if I have gas in the car or groceries. God has a plan. He will work it out if I just let Him.

Have a great day.
