Have you ever wonder what would have happened if I had gone right instead of left? Or made a different decision?
I have wondered that many times in my life. If I had made a better decision in choosing friends is one I really wonder about. But if I had not befriended that person, would my life be what it is now? Would I be living the life I am now?
What if I had not listened to the call to come back to God? What if I had ignored that small still voice urging me to come back home? I know where I would be. Lost and headed to hell. Not a place I want to be.
How many times has God called you to come home? How many times has He tried to direct you and you ignored it? Was that a good idea? How did it work out for you?
Jesus is calling you today. Will you answer His call or ignore Him and keep doing your own thing? It’s time to turn your life around and follow Jesus. Say this prayer and join the family of God: “Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus name, amen.”
