“Come back to the Lord and say these words to him: ‘Take away all our sin and kindly receive us, and we will keep the promises we made to you.’” (Hosea 14:2 NCV)
I have never had to go to court. I have been called a couple times for jury duty but was never selected. Yea! But if I understand how court works, your lawyer pleads your case before a judge and jury. He, or she, will tell the judge and jury your version of what happened.
But how can we plead our case to God? We have the best person going to the throne to plead our case, Jesus. He will go before God to intercede for us. He will plead our case before God for us. No matter what, Jesus will stand before God and plead our case. Jesus knows what’s going on, He knows what to say to God for us. Jesus will plead our case for us and we don’t have to worry.
I have been involved in a class action suit for several years. Never once have I had to go to court or talk to a judge. The law firm is handling everything. I get an email every so often letting me know how it’s going. That’s how it is with Jesus, just leave it in His hands and let Him do the work to clear it away.
Have something you need Jesus to take care of? Give it to Him and let Him go before the Judge and plead your case for you.
