“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.” (Deuteronomy 6:5 ESV)
There are tons of reasons why people love Jesus. Do you love Jesus? I do.
I was thinking about it. Yes, I love Jesus but why? Here is my top 7 reasons on why I love Jesus:
1. He loved me first. Jesus loved me long before I was ever thought about.
2. He loves me unconditionally. It doesn’t matter what I do, He still loves me.
3. He listens to me. Even when I am whiny and needy, Jesus will listen to me.
4. He knows what I need before I do and will provide for all my needs. No explanation needed here. Jesus knows my needs before I do and has a plan already in place.
5. He heals me. By Jesus stripes I am healed.
6. He died for me. Jesus died on the cross for my sins. He died for yours too.
7. He loves me. Yes, I know I already said that. I don’t have alzheimers or dementia. It just bears repeating.
