“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8 ESV)
I was listening to Ernie Haas and Signature Sound while researching topics when this song came up. The title is Wake Up:

It’s time to make up
Make up your mind that it’s time to believe that it’s true
Wake up a whole new day is dawning for you.”
God is telling us it’s time to wake up and make a decision about where we are going to spend eternity. If you don’t know where you will go when you die, it’s time to figure it out. I don’t care if you are Pentecost, Baptist, Buddhist or Atheist. When we die we all face God for judgment.
But will God say, “Well done my good and faithful servant?” Or will he say, “I don’t know you?” Will you get to spend eternity in heaven, in eternal peace or in hell, in eternal torture and fire?
If you aren’t sure. Here is the sinners prayer. Read it, say it, declare it and mean it. Ask Jesus into your heart and you will then spend eternity in heaven. “Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. Amen.”
I hope you read it and meant it. God is waiting for us to wake up and start following Him. Time is so short. I know my whole life I have heard we are living in the end times. But now we really are. Don’t wait another minute to declare your love for God. Don’t wait another minute to be saved. You may not have another minute. You may be taking your last breath. Don’t waste it. Ask God’s forgiveness.
