I can’t move a mountain
or turn the water into wine,
Dry up a running fountain
or cast demons into swine.
I can’t make a flower bloom
or turn the ocean into sand.
But, I know someone that did
and I know someone who can.
I can’t make a blind man see
or cause the lame to walk.
I’ve never healed a leper
or made a deaf mute talk ..
And I’ve never made a rainbow.
I guess that wasn’t in God’s plan.
But, I know someone that did
and I know someone who can.
I’ve never walked on water
or saved another soul.
I’ve never cleansed a woman’s blood
and made her body whole.
I haven’t worked one miracle
because I’m just a mortal man.
I’ve never raised one from the dead.
But, I know someone who can.
Yes, I know someone who can
and Jesus is His name.
He’s the miracle worker of the universe.
He’s earned world wide acclaim.
He’s the giver of salvation,
the healer of mankind,
The King of every nation
who can stop the hands of time.
I can’t part the waters
like He did, at the Red Sea,
Or heal a Roman soldier’s daughter
just by saying, “Let it be.”
I can’t make a water stream
pour out of rocks and sand.
But, I know a man called Jesus
and I know someone who can.
