Take your petitions to the Lord,
Knowing your requests won’t go unheard.
The Lord hears every fervent prayer;
We know it says so in His Word ..
Even if your prayer seems unimportant.
You might imagine it’s trivial, or much too small.
But, don’t think, for a minute, that the Lord won’t answer.
He’s no respecter of persons, for He hears them all.
If you think your prayer is too far fetched,
Just remember what the good Book said.
He healed the blind, the lame, and deaf
And even raised Lazarus from the dead.
So, no matter how big or small your prayer,
Just know that God hears everyone
And He will answer, in His own good time,
If we ask in the name of His precious Son.
We know that God is Omnipotent.
He has all power and knows all things.
He sees our strengths, and knows our weakness;
Just because He is the King of Kings.
