If You Could Love Me
If you could love me enough to believe me
when I tell you that I AM for you
and stand in that
faith .
If you could seek me for every need,
trusting that I will always do
the most loving thing
possible ..
If you could walk in paths as I guide you,
with your eyes on me
and not on the storm ..
If you could believe that nothing
can harm you, with me
at your side ...
If you could welcome our friendship,
to realize things
others only dream of ...
Then you might love me, with all your heart;
And I could love you
with all of mine.
